Your iPlans deposit is a non refundable retainer payment to engage iPlans Limited to prepare a building consent ready house plan based upon a selected plan made available on the iPlans.co.nz website.

Upon payment of the initial retainer, iPlans will send you a information checklist to gather further detail about your particular requirements in addition to our standard terms and conditions of engagement.
